Our Return Policy

We accept returns for any reason within 30 days of purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it for a full refund.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging
  • Returned within 30 days of the original purchase date

Products that have been opened, used, or are not in their original condition may not be eligible for a full refund.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us via our Contact Page with your order number and reason for return
  2. Wait for return authorization and instructions from our team
  3. Once approved, ship the item(s) to the return address provided
  4. Include a copy of your order confirmation or receipt with the return

Important: Please do not ship items back without first receiving return authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.

Defective or Incorrect Products

We will gladly accept the return of products that are:

  • Defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship
  • Damaged during shipping
  • Incorrect items shipped due to fulfillment errors

For defective or incorrect products, we will cover return shipping costs and provide a full refund or replacement at your choice.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

  • Refund processed: 5-7 business days after approval
  • Bank processing: Additional 3-10 business days depending on your financial institution

Return Shipping

For standard returns (change of mind, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely.

For defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped products, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired product. This ensures the fastest processing time.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Products that have been opened or used
  • Items not in their original packaging
  • Products returned after the 30-day return window
