Order Processing

Most orders will ship the same business day if received prior to our posted daily cutoff time, provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders placed after the cutoff time will be processed the following business day.

Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship via USPS and other major carriers depending on package size and destination. Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped.

Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days for domestic orders. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional fee.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your shipping destination. Free shipping may be available on orders over a certain amount — check our current promotions for details.

Delivery Times

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by this site or other parties only as an estimate. Delivery times may vary based on:

Out-of-Stock Products

We will ship your product as it becomes available. If a product you ordered is out of stock, we will keep you informed and provide an estimated restocking date. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.

Multiple Product Orders

For multiple product orders, we will make every attempt to ship all items contained in that order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise.

You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. The entirety of any shipping charge will be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available to select countries. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Delivery times for international orders vary by destination and customs processing.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or file a claim for damaged goods.
