Research Referral Program Terms

Last Updated: August 4, 2026

These Research Referral Program Terms (“Agreement”) govern participation in the Biotech Compounds Research Referral Program (“Program”).

The Program is a restricted, business-to-business referral program intended exclusively for verified research businesses, laboratories, universities, research institutions, and other qualified scientific organizations engaged in legitimate research activities.

Applications are limited to verified research businesses and institutions. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into the Program.

The Program is not available to consumers, shoppers, influencers, general marketers, or individuals making personal referrals.

By applying to or participating in the Program, the approved business, laboratory, university, research institution, or other qualified scientific organization (“Referral Partner”) agrees to the following terms.

Eligibility and Verification

Participation is limited to verified:

  • Businesses engaged in legitimate scientific research;
  • Laboratories engaged in legitimate research activities;
  • Universities and research institutions;
  • Researchers acting on behalf of a verifiable business, laboratory, university, research institution, or other qualified scientific organization; and
  • Other scientific organizations approved by Biotech Compounds.

An independent researcher may be considered only if the researcher can demonstrate documented business operations, appropriate research credentials, a legitimate research purpose, and access to a legitimate research facility.

Each applicant must provide, at minimum:

  • Its business or institution name;
  • A professional or institutional email address;
  • A description of its research purpose;
  • Its business, institutional, or laboratory address; and
  • Supporting documentation when requested by Biotech Compounds.

A personal email address and residential address alone are not sufficient to establish eligibility.

Biotech Compounds may require additional documentation reasonably necessary to verify an applicant’s identity, professional affiliation, business operations, research activities, credentials, institutional status, research facility, or intended use of the Program.

Applicants may not participate in the Program until they have been reviewed and expressly approved by Biotech Compounds. Referral links, account credentials, dashboards, promotional materials, and other Program resources will be issued only after verification and approval.

The Program is not available to:

  • Consumers or individual shoppers;
  • Influencers, content creators, or social media promoters;
  • General affiliate marketers;
  • Coupon, rebate, loyalty, or deal websites;
  • Individuals seeking commissions from friends, family members, followers, or other personal referrals;
  • Unaffiliated individuals who cannot document legitimate research operations, credentials, and facilities; or
  • Any person or organization promoting products for human or animal consumption.

Biotech Compounds may approve or reject any application in its sole discretion.

Permitted Purpose

The Program allows approved Referral Partners to introduce Biotech Compounds to other verified research businesses, laboratories, universities, research institutions, and qualified scientific organizations with a legitimate need for research-use products.

Participation does not authorize consumer advertising, direct-to-consumer marketing, personal referrals, influencer marketing, or promotion of any product for human or animal use.

All referrals must be made in a professional research, scientific, laboratory, business, or institutional context.

Referred-Customer Information and Verification

Each referred customer must provide, at minimum:

  • Its business or institution name;
  • A professional or institutional email address;
  • A description of its research purpose;
  • Its business, institutional, or laboratory address; and
  • Supporting documentation when requested by Biotech Compounds.

A personal email address and residential address alone are not sufficient to establish eligibility as a research customer.

Biotech Compounds may require documentation concerning the referred customer’s identity, professional affiliation, business operations, research activities, credentials, institutional status, research facility, and intended product use.

Biotech Compounds will not accept or fulfill an order submitted through the Program until the referred customer has been verified as an eligible research customer.

Only transactions completed by verified research customers may qualify for commissions.

A referral or transaction will not qualify if the referred customer:

  • Cannot be verified as an eligible research customer;
  • Fails to provide the required business or institutional information;
  • Uses only a personal email address and residential address without sufficient supporting documentation;
  • Purchases or intends to purchase for personal, household, human, or animal use;
  • Provides incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading information;
  • Is referred through consumer-facing or otherwise prohibited marketing; or
  • Otherwise fails to comply with Biotech Compounds’ policies.

Biotech Compounds may reject or cancel any order when the customer’s eligibility, research purpose, documentation, or intended product use cannot be satisfactorily verified.

Commissions

Commissions will be calculated only on qualifying transactions completed by verified research customers.

Commissions are paid once per month through the payment method approved by Biotech Compounds. A referred account must remain active and in good standing for at least 31 days before the related transaction becomes eligible for payment.

Referral Partners may not refer themselves or entities under common ownership or control without Biotech Compounds’ prior written approval.

Commissions will not be paid on:

  • Consumer or personal purchases;
  • Self-referrals;
  • Unverified accounts or customers;
  • Refunded or disputed transactions;
  • Chargebacks;
  • Fraudulent or misleading referrals;
  • Transactions involving prohibited marketing; or
  • Orders rejected or canceled by Biotech Compounds.

Biotech Compounds may withhold, reverse, or recover commissions associated with an ineligible or noncompliant transaction.

Permitted Marketing

A Referral Partner may promote Biotech Compounds only through professional, scientific, laboratory, academic, business, or institutional channels directed exclusively toward eligible research customers.

Referral links and Program materials may not be published or distributed through channels accessible to the general public without Biotech Compounds’ prior written approval.

All marketing materials and statements must:

  • Clearly state that the products are intended for research use only;
  • Avoid any reference to human or animal consumption;
  • Be truthful, accurate, and supportable;
  • Avoid medical, therapeutic, diagnostic, performance, or health claims;
  • Be directed exclusively toward eligible research businesses, laboratories, universities, research institutions, or qualified scientific organizations; and
  • Comply with applicable laws, regulations, and Biotech Compounds’ policies.

Biotech Compounds may require advance written approval of any promotional material and may require the immediate removal or correction of any material it determines to be inappropriate or noncompliant.

Prohibited Marketing and Conduct

Referral Partners may not:

  • Promote Biotech Compounds to consumers or the general public;
  • Use influencers, content creators, ambassadors, shoppers, or personal referral networks;
  • Promote referral links through consumer-facing websites, social media accounts, groups, forums, or online communities;
  • Use coupon sites, deal sites, cashback programs, loyalty programs, rebate programs, or shopping forums;
  • Advertise through public classified advertisements, consumer publications, or mass-market advertising;
  • Publish Program application links, referral links, dashboards, credentials, or promotional materials for unrestricted public access;
  • Send unsolicited email, text messages, direct messages, or other spam;
  • Make statements suggesting that any product is intended or appropriate for human or animal use;
  • Make medical, therapeutic, diagnostic, performance-enhancing, or health-related claims;
  • Offer commissions, rebates, coupons, kickbacks, or other incentives to referred customers;
  • Misrepresent the Referral Partner’s relationship with Biotech Compounds;
  • Bid on Biotech Compounds’ name, trademarks, product names, or related terms through pay-per-click advertising without prior written permission;
  • Engage in cookie stuffing, pop-ups, pop-unders, hidden frames, forced redirects, or similar tracking practices;
  • Refer fraudulent, fictitious, or unverifiable accounts; or
  • Violate any applicable law, regulation, intellectual-property right, or Biotech Compounds policy.

Private and Approval-Controlled Access

The Program is private and approval-controlled. It may not be represented as an open affiliate opportunity available to the general public.

Any public-facing description or application page for the Program must prominently state:

“Applications are limited to verified research businesses and institutions. Submission does not guarantee acceptance.”

Submitting an application does not authorize an applicant to promote Biotech Compounds, make referrals, represent itself as a Referral Partner, or earn commissions.

Referral links, dashboards, account credentials, promotional materials, and other Program resources will be issued only after the applicant has completed Biotech Compounds’ verification process and received express approval.

Referral Partners may not share their login credentials, dashboards, unique referral links, or restricted Program materials with unauthorized third parties.

Ongoing Monitoring and Re-Verification

Eligibility is an ongoing requirement and is not satisfied solely through initial approval.

Biotech Compounds may periodically re-verify Referral Partners and referred customers to confirm their continued eligibility, business or institutional status, research activities, credentials, research facilities, intended product use, and compliance with this Agreement.

Referral Partners and referred customers must promptly provide updated information and supporting documentation when requested.

Biotech Compounds may monitor referral and purchasing activity and request records showing how a Referral Partner obtained or communicated with a referred customer.

Referral Partners must maintain reasonable records demonstrating that their referrals were made through permitted professional research channels.

Biotech Compounds may suspend Program access, withhold commissions, reject or delay orders, or suspend fulfillment while a re-verification or compliance review is pending.

Failure to complete re-verification or provide requested information may result in rejection of an order, withholding of commissions, suspension, or termination.

Suspension and Termination

Biotech Compounds may suspend or terminate a Referral Partner immediately for:

  • Failure to maintain eligibility;
  • Failure to complete initial or ongoing verification;
  • Failure to provide requested information, documentation, or records;
  • Consumer-facing or personal-referral activity;
  • Promotion involving influencers or general affiliate marketing;
  • Human-use or animal-use claims;
  • Misleading or inappropriate advertising;
  • Spam or unauthorized public promotion;
  • Fraudulent, unverifiable, or self-referred transactions;
  • Sharing restricted Program access or materials with unauthorized parties;
  • Violation of intellectual-property rights; or
  • Any other violation of this Agreement.

Biotech Compounds may also suspend or terminate participation when reasonably necessary to comply with requirements imposed by its financial institutions, payment processors, service providers, or applicable law.

Upon termination, the Referral Partner must immediately discontinue all promotion, remove all referral links, and stop using Biotech Compounds’ name, trademarks, and marketing materials.

No Guarantee of Earnings

Biotech Compounds does not guarantee that a Referral Partner will earn any commissions.

Biotech Compounds is not responsible for lost commissions resulting from rejected or unverified customers, failed tracking, technical interruptions, refunded transactions, chargebacks, compliance reviews, re-verification, suspension, or termination from the Program.

Intellectual Property

Referral Partners may use only marketing materials and intellectual property expressly authorized by Biotech Compounds and only for permitted Program activities.

All rights in Biotech Compounds’ names, trademarks, graphics, content, and other intellectual property remain with Biotech Compounds.

Biotech Compounds may require a Referral Partner to stop using any marketing material or intellectual property at any time.

Indemnification

The Referral Partner will indemnify and hold harmless Biotech Compounds and its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, licensees, successors, and assigns from liabilities, damages, fines, judgments, claims, costs, losses, and reasonable legal expenses arising from or related to the Referral Partner’s negligence, misrepresentation, unlawful conduct, failure to disclose, prohibited marketing, or violation of this Agreement.

Term and Modifications

This Agreement begins when Biotech Compounds approves the Referral Partner’s application and continues until participation is terminated.

Biotech Compounds may modify these terms at any time. Continued participation after updated terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those terms.

Electronic Acceptance

This Agreement is an electronic contract governing participation in the Program.

By completing the application process, accepting these terms, and receiving approval from Biotech Compounds, the applicant creates an electronic signature with the same legal force and effect as a handwritten signature.

Electronic acceptance does not, by itself, guarantee approval or authorize participation. No applicant may participate in the Program until Biotech Compounds has completed its verification process and expressly approved the application.
