CJC-1295 with DAC consists of modified GHRH(1-29) conjugated to Drug Affinity Complex (DAC). DAC is a lysine linked to maleimidopropionic acid (MPA) enabling covalent albumin binding via Cys34 thiol.
Contains same four substitutions as no-DAC version (D-Ala2, Ala8, Leu15, Leu27). DAC addition significantly extends half-life through albumin conjugation. Soluble in sterile water or bacteriostatic water. Store at -20°C.
